Pain is not stored. It is transmitted. Whatever you carry unresolved will leave you through someone who did not deserve it. Usually someone who is close to you, someone who loves you. Thirty minutes - take one wound from this week. Look at it, name it, and forgive it. Wish the one who caused it well, they are usually blind to the roots and fruits of their actions. You are a link, not an endpoint. Reward bad with good, and let your actions be example to others. Cut suffering and pain here, and it stops.
