Love is always the answer. The heaviest things we carry are love that lost its way - the shame, the guilt, the anger, the fear, a recent moment left burning in us, these are raw material. For the next thirty minutes, let us bring one forward, whatever is still burning quietly in us this week, and hold it in our hearts until we transmute its heat into love. Then let a single action bloom from that love, one thing we can commit to, and commit to it this week. The charge that would have leaked out as harm comes back as a good we choose to do.
