Most of what you would die for was handed to you before you could speak - a name, a flag, a belief, or a story told about you that you began telling yourself. Take the next 30 minutes to put one down, and see whether you are still there without it. Try to dig as deep as you can until you recognise your authentic self. You will know once you get there and you will never go back. The war you are preparing for has no territory in it, the border you were guarding was never there.
